Vita Biosa Aronia
Vita Biosa Aronia Vita Biosa is based on the same herbs and lactic acid bacteria as Vita Biosa Original but with a round and soothing taste of blackcurrant, blueberries aronia and the organic sweetener Erythritol. Blackcurrant has become a very well acquired taste in many parts of the world, with its exotic and powerful flavour used for many different food and beverage types, while Aronia is often described as a complex and sensational taste. Aronia and Blackcurrant complement Vita Biosa very well, as they provide a slightly sweeter finish, and delicately round some of the sharper edges of the acidic flavour.
Ingredients: Water, organic molasses, organic sweetener Erythritol, organic blackcurrant concentrate (0.8%) organic aronia concentrate (0.4%), organic blueberry juice (0.2%), 19 organic herbs 0.5% (liquorice root, anise, basil, fenugreek, dill, juniper, fennel, elder, ginger, angelica, chervil, liquorice root, oregano, peppermint, parsley, roman chamomile, rosemary, sage, large nettle, thyme), 8 different strains of microorganisms (B. lactis, B. longum, L. acidophilus, L. casei, L. rhamnosus, L. salivarius, Lc. Fermented drink with
active lactic acid bakteria,
organic acids and herbal extracts
Vita Biosa =8 cultures of lactic acid bacteria
Lactic acid bacteria are so called, because they convert sugars to organic acids, primarily lactic acid and acetic acid. So they have nothing to do with milk, and Vita Biosa can be drunk by people with dairy intolerance
+19 organic herbs
Vita Biosa is fermented with 19 different, dried organic herbs
During the fermentation process, organic acids are naturally formed by lactic acid bacteria converting carbohydrates into organic acids such as lactic acid. Organic acids serve a range of functions in our natural digestive system. When the fermentation process is complete, the product is sugar free, and is also
naturally self preserving
+Other natural substances formed under fermentation
In addition to the organic acids, a number of other substances are also formed during fermentation. Neither the organic acids nor the other substances are added as an ingredient, but are formed naturally in the process
Organic certified • No sugar, milk, gluten and preservatives
